Hiking In the Mt Evan's wilderness area on July 17, 2020

Another gorgeous hike in Colorado!

There were only 3 of us hiking this day...Deb, Don, and myself.

                                                                     Deb and Don

                                                               Isn't it spectacular?

This is a columbine, Colorado's state flower.
This is Deb...she's the fearless leader that I met over a year and a half ago.  She's the mastermind behind so many of my hikes!

Look at all the aspens!  This will be another gorgeous fall hike.

I don't know if you can tell from this picture, but along the right side of the pond is a wall built by beavers!  It was incredible.

This is called 'Three Mile Creek'...which was the name of the main trail we were on.  We went a lot further than 3 miles...more like 7!  It was another great hike!
