Joshua's house on May 23, 2020

Someday soon, we'll look back at these pictures and marvel at all Joshua has done to his home!
We were there to help him with some projects.  I am usually outside working in the backyard.  Ron helps inside and outside.  Joshua is mostly inside, unless they're working on the sprinklers.  I wanted to send pictures to Gabe so he could see the house.
This is the family room.  Right now, saw horses are set up and it's a holding zone for painted doors.  The windows on the left side of the picture face the backyard.
The dining room...which also looks out to the backyard.
The backyard from the back door.  You can see the covered part of the patio
is also a work zone right now.
Now we're upstairs.  This one of the three bedrooms that face the backyard.  (There's one bedroom that just faces the front.)  Joshua had already finished most of the trim and painted the room.  I love the color!
The upstairs guest bedroom.  He's not planning on remodeling it anytime soon.  It's a low priority.
This is one hte landing upstairs.  On the left side, there's doors OFF the closet so he can paint the inside.
Straight ahead are the doors to his bedroom.  I love the railing.
Here, I'm standing on the landing of the stairs.  Joshua and Ron are standing at the sliding glass doors that lead to the back.
The backyard...which I love love love!

Joshua's bedroom...
Master bath...
This bedroom is the smallest.  It's right next to Joshua's bedroom.  He's going to make it into an office.

I'm writing this on July 18th...even though the pictures were from May 23rd.  It's amazing how much it's already changed!  Those pictures will come later!
